Early baldness? Not Problem

Already a pre-disposition for men to experience the process of baldness in upon entering old age. Elderly men experience hair loss because there was a degradation production and function of hormones in the body. However, the stigma of baldness will be different when a young age in men. As with the elderly, young men can not look stunning just by his success, his rank, social status, and material only. Worldly things that indicate a positive stigma as a successful man will always carry an additional label as 'bald man'.
Type of baldness [Alopecia]There are three types of baldness (alopecia) that are grouped according to cause:

1. Androgenetic alopecia, is caused by androgen hormones

2. AERATA alopecia, caused by the immune system

3. Traction alopecia, caused by bad habits hair

  • Topic of discussion this time will be completely peel syndrome premature baldness in men which medical term is called androgenetic alopecia (AA). AA syndrome have a high prevalence of late. Many young men who experience thinning hair and become bald chronic before his time. The cause is the acceleration of conversion of the hormone. Accelerating the process of conversion of this hormone caused by a variety of external factors related to life habits of modern society such as the consumption of fast food, order a less balanced diet, bad habits, use of certain drugs, etc.. Eyes of the chain is too long to be avoided.

    And its cure premature baldness

    The question is: Is premature balding can be avoided?The answer: Of course.

    The medical world has been doing research and finding answers to the syndrome of early baldness. This new theory has been found in a concrete cause of Androgenetic Alopecia, which has an accelerated conversion into hormone hormones testosterone derivatives such as Dihydrotestosterone (DHT). This conversion happened shortly after the process ends or at puberty around the age of 20 years. This hormone DHT is the main enemy of the follicle. Follicles exposed by DHT become weak and unable to grow hair shaft (grafts) healthy. Therefore to detect whether someone is a candidate early baldness or Androgenetic Alopecia is very easy.

    There are three things which are an indication of premature balding / AA:

    1. Gradual loss occurs that causes thinning of the widow's peak area (forehead, crown, and vertices)

    2. The hairs in the area of widow's peak is thin, lightweight, not black, and easy off

    3. More severe thinning and widened over time

    If three things happen, are condemned man suffered Androgenetic Alopecia and require treatment as early as possible to save the weakened follicles. Because follicles are not forever. Follicles, the weak will become dormant and then die.

    Stadium standardized male baldness using table called Norwood-Hamiltonian SCALE. In this table we can make an assessment on the severity of baldness that has happened and its method of handling. Terlalui more advanced stages, the more intensive therapy also needs to be done.

    NORWOOD HAMILTON SCALE
    Gradual progress of CDM walk over time. Without appropriate treatment, and right on target, the concentration of DHT in the body systems will increasingly accumulate and increasingly eroded the active follicles remaining.

    Below is an explanation Norwood Hamilton scale:

    * Norwood 2-3V,

    is the condition where hair loss is at an early stage. At this stage the phase / cycle of hair growth began to chaos and the body has a DHT concentration began to rise. At this stage needs to be done to actually handling DHT levels in the body becomes zero and not to interfere with the follicle. Success rate is very large at this stage at all (90% +) still remember the many-papilla papilla receptors that are still alive and ready to regrow new hairs. Estimated time of hair growth evenly (80% coverage) between 8-12 months.

    * Norwood 4-4V,

    baldness is a condition where the middle stage [medium] that progress has begun to move quickly toward pattern baldness (MPB). At this stage the phase / cycle of hair growth has been chaotic and very excessive concentration of DHT. At this stage of treatment should be done intensively for 18-24 months. The level of success at this stage of + / - 80%, provided that the appropriate use of pharmaceutical products in order and right on target (not a trial-error).

    * Norwood 5-7,

    is the condition where hair loss is on stage that's the end of [terminal]. This condition is due to very high concentrations of DHT and no treatment at all for more than 15 years. In these conditions most of the papilla and follicle receptors are dormant and the option that is left is hair transplants.

    Effectiveness & Efficacy of Modern Pharmaceutical Products
    Baldness in men can be very easily treated by using drugs, appropriate and well targeted. Baldness treatment requires a harmonious synergy between regimens. There are two regimens are mandatory to be done in order to get maximum results in a short time.
    Two regimens are referred TRICHOTHERAPY which includes:

    1. Oral regimen

    Before the uneven hair growth can be realized, the initial step that must be done is the harmonization of the phases of hair growth.Hair growth phase plays an important role in determining whether a man's head would be full of hair, or full of oil. Phase Telogen Anagen-Catagen-point must always be on time. Inter-phase imbalance will cause a 'delay' on the growth that makes the head look bald.
    Harmonization between phases should be done by totally stopping the conversion process the hormone Testosterone into harmful hormones [DHT]. This can only be done by the composition of drugs called anti-androgens or DHT inhibitors. Anti-androgens are synthetic compounds 4 Azasteroid which is a first-class inhibitor 5-α reductase enzyme specific. Androgens Anti compounds often found in some drug prostate [BPH] like Finasteride [generic]. Despite such, does not mean that patients can use the CDM as a medium for prostate drugs against baldness. Anti-Androgen Compounds that are used by patients with prostate disease [BPH] has the main indication to suppress levels of PSA and prostate mengkerutkan massively.

    Anti-androgens that can be used by patients that MPB is Anti Androgens have been processed and combined with other substances so that the main indication is specific only to fight Androgentic Alopecia.

    Regimens Topically [DHT inhibitors Topically]

    The highest concentration of DHT contained in the subdermal area of the scalp. Tereskpos by DHT follicles over the years become very weak, shrunken, and tend to be dormant. Weak graft follicles produce thin hair, short and colorless [vellus hair]. To reactivate the [revival] follicles is necessary the use of DHT inhibitors containing topical minoxidil. The best topical regimen that contains the active ingredient is minoxidil 5% and Butylated Hydroxytoluene. Two active content has an optimal penetration power and ability to effectively melwan DHT for 12 hours.

    Regimen of Topically Additional Therapeutic Laser

    In patients with advanced-stage MPB [NW 5th +] required additional measures to stimulate the long-dormant follicles to be able to contract again. Follicles which had long been dormant due to a chronic buildup of DHT can not absorb any substance optimally. Required a form of shock therapy so that these follicles may be contracting more active and to maximize absorption. This form of shock therapy disinarkan laser tool in the areas that no hair before application Topically DHT inhibitors.
